At Ocupia.in, we aim to ensure that both clients and freelancers have a positive experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be provided for services on our platform.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The freelancer fails to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeframe.

The delivered service does not match the agreed project requirements, after a fair review.

A mutual agreement between the client and freelancer to cancel the project.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind after project initiation.

Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences if the service was delivered as per the agreed terms.

Payments made outside the Ocupia.in platform.
2. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@ocupia.in or through your Ocupia.in dashboard within 7 days of project completion or cancellation.

Relevant proof (e.g., project agreement, communication records) may be required to process the refund.
3. Refund Processing

Processing timeframe: Refunds are reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Credit timeframe: Once approved, funds will be credited back to the original payment method or to your Ocupia wallet within 10-15 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as consultation fees or completed digital deliverables, are non-refundable once provided as per the agreed scope.
